Sarah & Jim exchanged their (superrrr emotional) personalised vows in front of their nearest and dearest at this intimate summer wedding.

The sun was shining, the grounds of the beautiful Homme House were as idyllic as ever, and I’m not ashamed to confess that I shed a few happy tears of my own.
